4 HEALTH MISTAKES I MADE IN MY 20s

Hindsight is always 20/20 they say, which is why I take the liberty of looking back at life and sounding preachy! As I mentioned in my article before, 20’s are about really quite rushed and careless. Which is why, when I look back now I can clearly see all the bad, unhealthy eating habits I had (which I could have totally done without).

EXTREME FOOD HABITS

 

 

 

 

I went from carefree eating to dieting in a matter of days… Because it was easy to lose weight, I never cared too much about gaining a pound here or there. I would indulge when I could, and go on a diet when I had to shave it off. I don’t quite remember a time when I actively seeked a ‘healthy’ meal… The point is, if you loose weight through unhealthy quick fixes like starving yourself, chances are, not only will you gain it again… you’ll make yourself severely unhealthy in the process. From being completely ignorant, and careless.. I turned into a chronic calorie counter (which I still am sometimes). Essentially, the concept of moderation was unknown.
