palatino;”>The thing is, if you’re a healthy woman. Chances are you can easily consume a good 1800 calories a day even with a sedentary lifestyle (which is what I have) safely speaking this is means you could have a couple of glasses of milk, maybe a cottage cheese and tomato sandwich, a grilled chicken breast with some yummy sauce and a decent dinner. Imagine if you actually worked out 🙂 you could eat just about ANYTHING!!!
