palatino; font-size: small;”>For the recipe section today, I’m going to share yet another Easy Peasy recipe (which can be made Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian) as you please… I am a Spinach Lover and when my Bloggy Friend Loulou did a post on Spinach some weeks back, I started getting this itch to make something Spinach, and this is what I got around to:

palatino; font-size: small;”>Spinach – 1 KG
palatino; font-size: small;”>Onions – 2 Large
palatino; font-size: small;”>Green Chilies – 3 Finely Chopped
palatino; font-size: small;”>Cinnamon Sticks – 1
palatino; font-size: small;”>Yougurt – 1/2 a Cup
palatino; font-size: small;”>Salt to Taste
palatino; font-size: small;”>Recipe:
palatino; font-size: small;”>Put Oil in a pan and fry Clove, Cinnamon and Bay Leaves
palatino; font-size: small;”>Add Garlic paste and Chopped Green Chilies
palatino; font-size: small;”>Now remove the mix from the fire and use a blender to make a paste of it
palatino; font-size: small;”>Add the Chicken and Diced Potato
palatino; font-size: small;”>Continue Cooking for 20-30 minutes (or till the chicken is cooked and potatoes are soft)

palatino; font-size: small;”>PS: Yes, that is a dollop of butter on top hehe I couldn’t resist it but you don’t have to put it :))
