ALOO PALAK RECIPE

palatino; font-size: small;”>For the recipe section today, I’m going to share yet another Easy Peasy recipe (which can be made Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian) as you please… I am a Spinach Lover and when my Bloggy Friend Loulou did a post on Spinach some weeks back, I started getting this itch to make something Spinach, and this is what I got around to:

palatino; font-size: small;”>Chicken – 1/2 KG Small Pieces (Boneless or Otherwise, I prefer Boneless)
palatino; font-size: small;”>Potato – 1 Large (Jacket Potato Sized perhaps) Diced
palatino; font-size: small;”>Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon FULL
palatino; font-size: small;”>Cloves – 4
palatino; font-size: small;”>Bay Leaves – 2
palatino; font-size: small;”>Oil – 3 tablespoons
palatino; font-size: small;”>

palatino; font-size: small;”>Chop the Spinach and boil it only till it loses its Crunch
palatino; font-size: small;”>Add onions and continue frying till Onions turn pink
palatino; font-size: small;”>Finally add the boiled Spinach to the mix and continue frying and stirring for a few minutes…
palatino; font-size: small;”>Return the paste to the pan and add the Yougurt
palatino; font-size: small;”>Turn the flame low and cover the lid on the pan
palatino; font-size: small;”>Serve with Boiled Rice, Roti (Pakistani Flat Bread) OR Paste if you’re feeling Creative!
