Bridal Week Lahore

Latitude CRS got us a chat with the dynamic duo at T&G Lahore, Shammal Qureshi and Juju Haider to give us a sneak peak of all the exciting new stuff that they are bringing to the PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week, 2013.

palatino; font-size: small;”>The team is really pumped up and excited. This is the first time that PFDC has asked one team to style all three days of Bridal Week, and we’re really pleased that they chose Toni&Guy for hair. It’s also recognition of how far we’ve come in such a short time. Let’s just say we’re ready to bring the house down.

palatino; font-size: small;”>I can’t go into details on that just yet because we’d like people to see for themselves. Suffice it to say that our vision will again be cutting edge keeping tradition and trends both in mind.

palatino; font-size: small;”>We’re doing a trends show on the first day where we’re showcasing hair color and cuts for Autumn/Winter 2013 in liaison with L’Oreal Professional – you’ll just have to wait to find out more on what it’s all about but let me just say that we’ve planned something very special.

palatino; font-size: small;”>We have a really well trained and professional team who has had plenty of experience. This is a bigger task than any we’ve taken on before for any fashion week, but we’re quite confident about the outcome. We are constantly in touch with the designers to have our visions in line with each other for the best possible results.

palatino; font-size: small;”>We’re excited to be working with all the designers, each of whom has a unique vision and brings something very special to the ramp. Having said that, our collaboration with The House of Kamiar Rokni for the finale is something we’re all very excited about.

palatino; font-size: small;”>We’ve adapted global trends for the local market, which is something we enjoy doing and are the best at when it comes to hair. In order to see exactly what I’m talking about, I’m afraid I’ll just have to tell you again to wait for the show and see what it’s all about.

palatino; font-size: small;”>Along with the traditional buns and jooras with an added edge, you’ll see loose curls and flowing hair along with a variety of different hairdos which will give a potential bride much to think about and choose from.

palatino; font-size: small;”>Well, I’d just like to say that the team is working very hard on the hairdos and hairpieces and we hope that the audience will love it all as much as we are enjoying working on it all.
