HUM TV’s Jhok Sarkar is a rage. The drama serial that started on a good note showed immense
growth with each episode taking the TRP calculators and YouTube views to another level. One of
the major reasons why Jhok Sarkar has hit the bull's eye is Farhan Saeed’s class act as ASP Arsalan.

ASP Arsalan Investigates Mukhtara’s Murder
ASP Arsalan (Farhan Saeed) orders to send a sample of the water vessel for forensic. He is sure
that Kalu Mashki had mixed poison in it. Inspector Ramzan is mortified about the incident as he
never imagined Kalu Mashki would go to this extent. ASP makes up the mind of his team that they
would have to pay the price of this negligence. Meanwhile, Mukhtara’s (Adeel Afzal) family along
with the people of Jhok Sial head towards the police station to protest. ASP orders his officers to
take control of the situation by increasing the security to avoid chaos.
Police Open An Official Inquiry
SSP along with his inquiry team arrives at Jhok Sial station to inquire about the case. ASP Arsalan
answers all the questions with complete honesty but the inquiry committee doesn’t get satisfied.
They questioned him as to why he shifted Mukhatra to Shorcot police station without discussing
this matter with a senior official. ASP informs them he had to take such action as he saw Jahan
Dad’s (Malik Raza) loyalty for feudal lord Peeral (Asif Raza Mir). The lack of evidence made the
inquiry committee suspend ASP Arsalan, Inspector Ramzan, and sub-inspector Asghar (Mazhar
Suleman Noorani).
ASP Arsalan Boost His Force Morale
ASP’s force is highly disappointed with the final verdict. ASP talks to his men and encourages them
not to lose courage as the battle has just begun. ASP isn’t pleased to hear that his force didn’t
perform the drill. They are disheartened, they complain about using old arms and the black sheep
in the district are using state-of-the-art ammunition. ASP says that the rust is on the arms and not
on their soul. He tells them if they truly respect them wholeheartedly then no one will show
despair and perform their duty to the fullest.

The 22nd episode was fast-paced, crisp and kept the momentum high. Farhan Saeed brought his
A-game to the enterprise and delivered a stupendous act. His supreme acting chops in Jhok Sarkar
are seen to be believed. We cannot imagine anyone else doing justice to this role. Farhan takes a
giant leap and registers yet another hit in his diverse portfolio. As the drama serial nears its climax
we are super excited to watch the upcoming episodes.
