One growing food trend that we’ve seen in the last 2 years is that of the Hot Pot, which has crossed over from Karachi to Lahore, and has now become a constant amongst intimate gatherings. And let me tell when we say, the “hype” is for real!
The Chinese Hot Pot has become a fun activity to enjoy with your loved ones. And there’s one universal rule, it’s this: You don’t “hot-pot” with people you don’t like. Not only are you gathered at one table sharing a meal, you’re cooking your food together in a shared pot.
So what is the Hot Pot basically?
The concept of #hotpot is simple. You set a pot of simmering homemade broth on a portable burner in the middle of the table. Around it are plates of meat, seafood, and vegetables, all prepped and ready to be cooked in the broth.
Note: The items that you choose have different prices, which means that the more items you add, the price of the Hot Pot may increase.

We’re beyond excited that Novu has also introduced Hot Pot. The idea of choosing your own items such as chicken, prawns, dumplings, green onions, rice noodles and chilli oil. And remember it takes about 5-10 mintues for it to cook and tastes delicious.

Bozo has recently opened it’s door and we’ve already spotted our favorite Influencers trying out their very epic hot pot. While their Wagyu Beef Barbie Doll dish got Bozo caught in a “moment”, and we may have heard mixed reviews. However, we always advise everyone and experience everything on their own.
