Last week we saw the winter wedding season kick start with gorgeous women shunning the stereotypical and trite Pakistani wedding norms and break into a perpetual bliss of memories, fun and laugher. We not only saw fashion meet modern-day minimalism, tradition and culture, but we also caught up with a star-studded affair making style statements with every single move.

Saheefa Jabbar Khattak
Not your conventional girl, Saheefa Jabbar is a confident and fashionable woman who stood up to the cyber bullies who questioned her choice of haircut, after she rose to fame at the Q Mobile Hum Style Awards by winning Rising Star 2017. Clad in a blush pink velvet lehnga designed by ace designer, Fahad Hussayn, Saheefa was a beaming bride, who wore minimal makeup by Hannan and hair by Shoaib on her day wedding. And the pink “kaanch ki chooriyan” were reminiscent of a beauty stating that less is more. So, kudos to Saheefa for showing the fashion world that the concept of a “minimalistic bride” can be a HIT!
