FARIDA HASAN EXHIBITION

Farida Hasan has become a name synonymous with great design aesthetic when it comes to chikankari kurtas and her latest collection ‘Roses and Cream’ remains true to the brand’s signature style. We were excited to learn that Farida Hasan is all set to exhibit this latest collection at their Lahore studio. The exhibition will be held on June 23rd, 2015, Tuesday from 2 PM to 5 PM for females only.

So, what is the collection all about? Well, the collection features Farida Hasan’s signature embroidered roses, birds and vintage motifs on a summery palate featuring colors like lemon, mint, powder blue, baby pinks, peaches and of course, cream. The collection is based on summer-friendly pure fabric like chikan and embroidered cotton net. The idea is to give a modern twist to the cool white crisp chikankari kurtas. Speaking about their new collection and what they have in mind, Farida Hasan said:

“We have trimmed years off our hemlines to create a line of clothing with a more modern silhouette while maintaining Farida Hasan’s signature look- hand embroidered florals and vintage motifs over chikan and cool cotton net. Stay trendy yet timeless in these fun variations of our classic designs.”- Farida Hasan

The collection ‘Roses and Cream’ will be available at L’Atelier Islamabad and Ensemble Karachi from June 18, 2015 onwards. It will be available at Ensemble Dubai from 25th June 2015 onwards. While the Lahore exhibition is located at 148 Abu Bakr Block New Garden Town (on the road between Raja Market and the Canal). If you are in town, we suggest that you do not miss it!
