In this auspicious month of Ramzan, along with the hour of prayer and reflection, it’s important that we also make time for a little bit of exercise to stay healthy and fit. And so the best time to workout in Ramzan is before sunset so you can push yourself a little more knowing that you’d be breaking your fast soon. However, if you have a tough schedule, considering how we have to prepare for iftar, you can workout, at least, 2 hours after eating.
