As essential as they are, they tend to take up the most space and require to be packed properly to avoid spillage. Thankfully there are now travel size toiletries available with all the essentials. Depending on your need, you can either choose to go out and buy your own travel sized toiletries or purchase a travel toiletry bag. When everything comes in tiny bottles, it can be very tempting to go overboard, so remember to pack the essentials only: moisturizer, toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, shampoo, deodorant, conditioner, cotton buds as well as shaving balm, shaving cream and razors for men.
Women often tend to make the mistake of packing too much make-up. See what you will wear realistically: eye-liner, foundation, mascara, bronzer and two lipsticks. Of these two lipsticks make sure one is light and the other darker, depending on your day/night usage.
