TOP ENERGY FOODS TO GET YOU THROUGH IN 2021

With all of fighting burnouts, focusing on loving ourselves, unclogging the pandemic brain since the last year and feeling drained, all of us need a list of top energy foods to get you through in 2021 – because let’s face it, WE ALL NEED AN ENERGY BOOST with how things are going.

So one fun way to do eat top energy foods to get you through in 2021, we need the best food to fuel our bodies the right way. Whether its food for people at home, front liners, health care workers, employees, working from home, here are a few top energy foods to get you through in 2021.

ALMONDS, CASHEWS & PISTACHIOS

A handful of nuts everyday can fulfill your bodies requirement of nutrients, magnesium, manage your cholesterol levels, prevent heart diseases and give you extra hours of energy. Nuts are healthy snacks and have a high source of high fibre and healthy fats.

YOGURT

“Yogurt also contains probiotics, which offer a slew of health benefits including improved digestion and absorption of nutrients as well as the production of B Vitamins, which are essential for energy production.”

DARK CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate is rich in oxidants and increases blood flow + oxygen in the body. And it greatly improves the mood.
