Morning – A big healthy breakfast not only gives me the energy for my crazy day but also great skin and hair. Breakfast high in fiber and protein keeps me energetic and gives my hair and skin all the nutrients they need. The 3 step skin regime essential for all is cleanse, tone and moisturize and has been my mantra since ages.
Afternoon – I keep myself hydrated all day. A lunch full of greens keeps me active. Deli’s steak salad is my favorite. Deli is my go to place for healthy eating. Face wipes are a must have as they freshen me up and keep the pores clean.
Night – As I am not an ardent cosmetic user, a simple cleansing does the job.
