Hair fall is considered a very common problem in women. There are numerous causes and identifying the correct one might get a little challenging. Some of the common reasons for hair fall are changing weather conditions, poor diet, experimentation (like hair dyeing, rebounding, streaks), switching to different hair products without professional consultation etc. According to a research, hair has a programmed cycle which is the growth phase, rest phase and shedding phase, so at one point or the other chances are that everyone will lose some strands.
Hair fall can mainly be prevented by maintaining good hair hygiene, a balanced diet and standard shampooing. But in severe conditions, it is advised to consult a dermatologist for better results.

Good ol’ Henna
Henna is our favorite natural hair color and conditioner that plays a major role in strengthening your hair. It also keeps the scalp cool during the summer.
Prepare a hair pack by mixing 1 cup of henna powder with half a cup of curd for lusciously thick, brown hair from the first application. Apply this on your hair and allow it to dry. Wash off with cool water and a mild shampoo. Repeat once a month. And say NO to Hair Dyes!
