DRY BRUSHING IN WINTER: 5 AMAZING BENEFITS

Dry body brushing is an ancient self-massage technique using a brush with rough bristles.

This is best done before a bath on dry skin without any product on it. You can also perform this after a bath. Give your body 10 minutes before hitting the shower.

The trick is to move the brush in the direction of your heart. You will be brushing your entire body starting from your feet and legs and moving upwards.
