Whenever one tries to break a norm or start anything new, the first people to give you their wisdom are the nearest and dearest

Since I started my Forever Lean Program, which is a bit different from the eat no carbs and run on the treadmill till you fall off, I have met many critics.
Basically the program teaches you to eat right and not necessarily less, doesn’t throw you in an exercise frenzy straight off and takes each step only after you are fully regimented in the previous step. Let me take you through some of the challenges I have faced so far!

You can’t lose weight till you completely let go carbs: Not true, the body needs carbs to keep the energy levels, help the metabolism stay in check and reduce cravings (especially sugar)
