Since I started my Forever Lean Program, which is a bit different from the eat no carbs and run on the treadmill till you fall off, I have met many critics.
Basically the program teaches you to eat right and not necessarily less, doesn't throw you in an exercise frenzy straight off and takes each step only after you are fully regimented in the previous step. Let me take you through some of the challenges I have faced so far!

Yes, first your align your body and mind with this new way of life till you dive into the physical exercise. FLP is a lifestyle change that will take you to your fitness goals with the help of your instructor.  It’s not a short cut to fitness program that will transform you over 5 weeks.
