Workout routine: I work out when I can, owing to my schedule. I take Pilates and a Dancefit class! Both are extremely energizing and difficult. But I love them!

One pre requisite for staying healthy/fit: Being positive.
Advice for fitness seekers: Start slow and finish hard! Figure out your goals and try to achieve them. But remember goals have to be realistic.
